Chef Francis
Dublin Born Chef Francis has worked in London, Copenhagen, and various cities in Switzerland, Spain and France. He owned and opelrated his first restaurant the Baybery in West Cork, Ireland as well as the the landmark Restaurant the Plum Island Grille for 20+ years in Newbury MA.
Francis now brings his creative passion to small private events , Cooking clases and a sauce company.
